ELECTRONIC SCOREBOARD INSTALLED - THANKS MUNRO GREENHALGH!

Tottington St. John's Cricket Club would like to announce the installation of an electric scoreboard down at Crompton Meadows, Tottington. The scoreboard, supplied by Bespoke Scoreboards of Morley, Leeds, works remotely from a control panel, will be linked to the GMCL CricHQ scoring system and is powered by solar energy.

On behalf of the cricket club, Kieran Coe, Secretary, said, "We are massively grateful to Munro Greenhalgh for their generous support - the scoreboard looks fantastic! Tottington St. John's was founded in 1887 and is a very welcoming, family club. Alongside this terrific development we have, for the new season, also refurbished our bar, painted the whole pavilion, renovated the roof, built a new entrance from the lines, widened the path and are building a picket fence. We cannot wait to show off our new facilities to you from April 17th!"

Ian Hayes, Director at Munro Greenhalgh, said, "We are a local (Ramsbottom) business and have from 1926 always aligned ourselves with like minded businesses and organisations.
